We checked in on a Saturday night, and honestly, I was hesitant after reading some of the negative feedback. We got room 323 and it was spotless, well maintained, with all the essentials. The entry area, clean and spacious, was nice for small gatherings with a couple of TVs on low volume. Breakfast was a well-run operation, and the staff member on duty was fantastic, really going above and beyond to assist everyone. I still remember her running around, keeping everything organized so we could have a decent meal.

It wasn’t inexpensive, but for what we got, I’d say it was reasonable enough.

Great spot for a family trip

My grandma and I just took a mini road trip and this place was def the best. Super clean, friendly staff, and the hot breakfast was awesome! Only thing, the bed frames were kinda bulky, we bumped into them a few times and got scratched. Parking’s also tight, but lucky for us, we found a good spot.

The hotel was ideally located near the Bourbon Trail and not far from all the attractions in Louisville. My family and I enjoyed exploring those fun spots while my colleagues appreciated the clean rooms. The breakfast offered was quite satisfying, too.

For dads, it would be great to have more kid-friendly activities on-site.

Had a fantastic stay with my friends! We explored the Bourbon Trail and checked out the Louisville Slugger Museum. The hotel was comfortable, and the breakfast was a real winner. The indoor pool was perfect for relaxing at the end of our busy days. Staff were super friendly, making everything easy for us.

The King Room was pretty comfy. I mean, it was recently updated, but you could tell they cut corners on some stuff. The bed was decent, and the breakfast was a nice bonus. Overall, not bad for the price, but definitely not luxury vibes.
